- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

- Domestic Shipping (Belgium): Free shipping.
- International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: 2-7 business days.
- International Orders: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs clearance.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- Tatakae ships worldwide; however, certain countries may have restrictions or additional customs fees.

- Tatakae is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment fees may apply for returned packages.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info.tatakae@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but please note that Tatakae is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.
